Dear Parents/Guardians:

There is an all call going out tonight.  Here is what the message contains:

1.) Tomorrow, Wednesday 2/21/18, we are having a Child Assault Prevention Parent Information session in our school cafeteria at 6 pm This is in conjunction with the Middlesex County CAP program that our children will be learning about in their classes.  Please make every effort to attend.  You can see a flyer on the South Amboy Elementary School website, under "recent news".

2.) In an effort to ease the congestion during arrival in the mornings, we will be opening our doors a little earlier.  The John St entrance will open at 8:15 to allow students into the building.  The students will then report to the gym and sit in rows for their homeroom.  All students in grades K-5 may enter at this earlier time.

Thank you and have a great evening!

Sincerely,
Sean Dunphy

Dear Parents/Guardians:

The fourth grade put on a STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) Olympics on Thursday.  The students worked on Bobsleds and Curling Stones and will be working on Ski Jumping and Ice Hockey today.  Enjoy the short video showing the collaborative efforts of the fourth-grade students and staff as they work through designing and testing Bobsleds and Curling Stones made out of household items.
