Dear Parents/Guardians Of Kindergarten Students:
The kindergarten team requests that you come to pick up the second round of student materials. We will run this the same way we did for the meet and greet on September 3 and 4. Ms. Cannon and Ms. Dahl will meet at the black top near doors 12 and 13, and Ms. Breder and Mrs. Hibell by door 11, near the field. Monday, 9/28, from 9:30-11, will be for all students whose last name begin with A-L. Tuesday, 9/29, from 9:30-11 will be for all students whose last name begins with M-Z. Please contact your teachers if you have any questions.
Please maintain social distancing and please wear a mask to pick up the materials.

If you are not able to attend the opening meeting I will record it and post it on my Principal's Page.
After my meeting, each teacher will run 3, 25 minute, sessions for parents. Each session will contain the same information, so if you have siblings attending our school you are able to meet with multiple teachers. The sessions will run: 6:35-7:00, 7:05-7:30, and 7:35-8:00. Please keep in mind that these sessions are for general information about classes, they are not for individual conferences. You will be able to access the teachers' zoom meetings via their teacher pages.
All Specials' teachers will be meeting together in one zoom meeting (3 different sessions as stated above), so if you want to hear about Art, Music, Health/Phys Ed, and Computers/World Language you can access them via Mrs. Cotter's webpage.
Mrs. Masella will also host open zoom meetings and they can be found on her webpage as well.

Dear Parents/Guardians:
For those of you who have chromebooks from us with a USB charger, PLEASE READ:
USB-C is an industry-standard connector for transmitting both data and power. The new Chromebooks have 2 USB-C ports. One for power and one for data.
It is extremely important that you only use the USB-C charger in the power plug. I've attached a picture to this email to show you the correct input. Plugging the power into the data port could result in damage to the Chromebook.
Please be extremely vigilant when plugging these in. The power plug has a small light next to it, is marked with an electric plug icon and is on the same side as the audio input.
Thanks for your attention in this matter.

There is an all call going out tonight regarding our schedule for tomorrow Friday, 9/4:
This is just a reminder that we have our meet and greet tomorrow from 9:30-11 for students who have the last name beginning with the letters M-Z. This is a time to just meet the teacher and grab the materials from the teacher. It should be no more than a few minutes for each student, please wear a mask and honor social distancing.
Students with the last name A-L will log onto their google classroom and have a brief orientation with their teachers from 1-1:30.
