Dear Parents/Guardians:

This is just a reminder that we have our meet and greet tomorrow from 9:30-11 for students who have the last name beginning with the letters A-L.  This is a time to just meet the teacher and grab the class materials from the teacher.  It should be no more than a few minutes for each student, please wear a mask and honor social distancing protocols.  You will be meeting the teachers at your arrival/dismissal doors which can be found in the parent email that was sent out on 8/27, and can be found below. 

Students with the last name M-Z will log onto their google classroom and have a brief orientation with their teachers from 1-1:30.  M-Z students will meet their teacher and pick up materials on Friday from 9:30-11, at their arrival/dismissal doors found in the link below.

If you were signed up to pick up a chromebook today and were not able to attend the pickup we will have one last pickup tomorrow evening, Wednesday between 5-6:30.  Please note that if you entered the re-entry application anytime after noon on last Thursday you may not be on the list to receive a chromebook.  We have begun a wait list and will put your name on that list according to the time stamp on the re-entry application.

Parents there are two reminders that I need to make you aware of:

1. Each year if you are to receive free/reduced lunch you need to re-apply.  If you need an application please contact the main office.

2. If you are in need of a chromebook for virtual learning you need to fill out the re-entry application which can be found on the Superintendent’s webpage, by tomorrow at noon.
